Dark and Light
The animation continuously switches shades from light to dark, at times the circle is completely obliterated.
Holy Spirit, is the feminine principle. The Holy Spirit opens wisdom to us, as we study wisdom properly. It is only through her that we can develop a Christ consciousness, or a Buddha consciousness. In other words, the Holy Spirit is Wisdom. Wisdom is about making conscious. What we have not made conscious can be seen as dark, what we have made conscious can be seen as light.
Wisdom can be divided into three types: the wisdom that comes from hearing, the wisdom that comes from thinking or reflection, and the wisdom that arises from meditation. If we want to develop wisdom, we must practice all three.

Breathing
It looks as if the moving sculptures are breathing. The movement of the breath is pleasant and peaceful to follow.
